Our services and solutions range from recruitment to developing bespoke performance development processes or reviewing of business structure and job design through to fully outsourced HR services.
Michelle has over 15 years of HR consultancy experience which involves providing specialist HR advice to a wide range of different organisations. Prior to that, she was the HR Manager at Dexcel (now DairyNZ) for around 7 years, working in the dairy science and research arena, and before that, worked at AgResearch and JP Morgan (an investment banker in London).
Her work has spanned across all HR functions including recruitment, restructuring, strategic
planning, conflict management, staffing issues and performance management. She works regularly
with a number of Vet practices, as well as extensively with iwi organisations in the post-settlement era, Councils, Not-for-Profit and privately owned organisations. This HR work has provided her with a unique insight into the strategic, commercial and operational challenges that face workplaces and managers today.
She has a Commerce degree focusing on Business/Managerial Economics & Organisational Development from the University of Natal.

Jenna has always had an affinity with people management; so, when she was deciding where to take her career, HR was an easy and logical choice. She has a passion for working within legal guidelines but giving practical advice that is appropriate to the situation and is in everyday language.
She has over 10 years’ experience working in HR and management roles within a range of small to medium businesses. She enjoys supporting Managers and Business Owners with the full recruitment spectrum, HR compliance and performance management issues and supports Michelle with high-level HR support.
She has a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Human Resources and Strategic Management from the University of Waikato.
Meet Maddy, a dynamic and enthusiastic developing HR Professional with previous experience supporting organisations in HR focused positions. Maddy is eager to learn more about Human Resources, employment relations and how they apply in practice. She is passionate about helping organisations to foster a positive workplace environment where their staff can thrive, while also working to build strong relationships with the team from all levels.
Maddy brings with her a variety of administration and customer service experience from her time in Hospitality, Office Administration, and Human Resources.
Maddy’s primary focus at SVS Consulting is to optimise the journey for our clients and provide support for the HR Consultants with preparing documentation around handbooks, IEA’s, job descriptions, and recruitment as well as administration support on projects.
Maddy has a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Human Resources and Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Waikato.
